Transfer exclusions apply to five destinations — and each needs to be planned differently. Nassau, Bermuda, Grand Cayman, Saint Vincent, and the Martinique and Guadeloupe Montreal connections all have transfer exclusions. Each destination handles ground transport differently — taxis, shuttles, public transport, and water taxis all apply depending on the island.
