Six room-only properties need a realistic budget conversation before you commit. EP at the Moana Surfrider in Honolulu is a fundamentally different proposition from EP at a city hotel in Europe — dining in Waikiki, Bermuda, and Grand Cayman adds up very quickly. We'll give you the real all-in cost picture so the price you book is the price you actually spend.
Transfers are excluded at Nassau, Bermuda, and Grand Cayman — and need to be budgeted and arranged. Airport-to-resort transfers at all three destinations are your responsibility and cost. We'll coordinate those arrangements and include them in the total cost picture before you commit.
The 4,000 Aeroplan bonus points on four properties are worth capturing correctly. The points only apply when your Aeroplan number is provided at the time of booking — not retroactively. We make sure it's attached correctly on every ACV booking as standard.
New direct flights to Aruba and Saint Martin change the travel day meaningfully. Both destinations previously required connections for Toronto travellers. Direct service is a genuine improvement — we'll confirm the right flight schedule is attached to your booking.
